The plain-language version of how ordering from Agora 3D Printing works, what you agree to when you place an order, and how we handle your details.

Last updated · 15 June 2026

Please note: this is a plain-language starting point, not legal advice. Have a qualified professional review and adapt it for your jurisdiction before you rely on it.

01 What we print & acceptable use

We print physical objects from the .stl files you upload, in PLA, PETG, or TPU, on a single FDM printer with a 220 × 220 × 250 mm build volume. By placing an order you confirm that:

  • you own the rights to the model, or have permission to have it printed;
  • the item isn't illegal to make or own where you are, and isn't a weapon or weapon component;
  • it doesn't infringe someone else's intellectual property or produce counterfeit goods.

We may decline or cancel a job that appears to break these rules, and will refund anything that hasn't started printing.

02 Orders & made-to-order

Every order is custom and made to order. Jobs print one at a time in the order they were paid for. Your model is sliced to check it fits and prints cleanly; the figures you saw at upload (size, fit, filament, time) are confirmed at slicing. Once your job reaches the front of the queue and printing begins, it can no longer be changed or cancelled.

03 Pricing & payment

You see a fixed price — based on the material, the filament your model uses, and the estimated print time — before you pay. Payment is by card and is processed securely by Stripe. Agora does not see or store your full card details; that data is handled by Stripe under their terms.

04 Turnaround & shipping

Because everything runs on one printer, your turnaround depends on your queue position plus the print time for your model. Print times and ship dates are good-faith estimates, not guarantees. When your order ships you'll get a tracking number, and you can check your order's stage any time on the tracking page using your order ID.

05 Refunds & problems

Since prints are custom and made to order, an order can't be refunded once printing has started. Before that point, if we decline or cancel a job, you're refunded in full. If a print fails because of something on our end — a misprint, a defect, damage in our handling — tell us and we'll reprint it or make it right.

06 Your details & privacy

We ask for an email (required) and optionally a phone number. We use them only to send you updates about your order — confirmation, when it starts printing, and when it ships — and to reach you if there's an issue with a job. We don't sell your details or use them for unrelated marketing. Card data is handled by Stripe, not by us.

07 Changes

As the shop grows — more printers, larger build volumes, more materials — these terms may be updated. The version that applies to your order is the one in effect when you place it. The date at the top shows when this page last changed.
